A long day of hiking can drain your energy leaving you with that feeling of wanting to give up. Well it basically happens to everybody more especially when your body is still unfit Here are some tips on how you can restore your energy after a long day of hiking: 1.  Find a spot which you can rest 2.  Eat twice as much as normal. 3.  Calories play an important role in regulating body          temperature. 4.  Rest, eat and drink if you start feeling ill. 5.  Recovery can take an hour or longer.
