Exercising ends up being something your body gets used to when you familiarise it with different workouts and basically challenging yourself by going beyond limits or what your mind tells you can do. Keep in mind that the quickest way to get desired results is focusing on one specific area at least two days in a row... e.g when focusing on squats your leg muscles (thighs, calf and bum) will eventually tighten leaving your body nice and firm.. also grow and shape your bum as well. I've experienced it. BALANCE FOOD AND WATER INTAKE 1.  Eat plenty of salty foods. 2.  Drink water throughout the day. 3.  Do not wait until you feel thirsty before you drink.
